Member: State Bar of New Mexico; American Bar Association; Defense Research Institute, N.M. Defense Lawyers and ABOTA. Mr. Roberts graduated from the University of Colorado in 1973 and the University of Colorado School of Law in 1976. He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa and Order of the Coif. He is a member of the New Mexico Bar. He is married with 4 children and 3 grandchildren. Mr. Roberts was first licensed in 1976 and has been practicing primarily in the areas of insurance defense, premises liability and products liability. He has represented various major insurance carriers, retailers and manufacturers. In addition, Mr. Roberts has an active interest in aviation. He is
an instrument rated private pilot with a multi-engine rating. He also has
